	Name: Simon K. Nyagah Title: President Expertise: Government relations, business development, strategic planning and management Focus: Business Development Simon is responsible for business development including institutional and government activity, and strategic planning. He is a founding member of Simba International Finance, LLC. Simon is the founder of Wandana International Import Export (A Nairobi-Kenya entity, formed in 1995) and Wandana, and a co-founder of Service Plus Temps (a staffing agency formed and operating in Jacksonville Florida). Before joining Simba, Simon held various roles and positions with the Central Bank of Kenya, Middle Africa Finance, and Chase Home Finance. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, Jacksonville Florida.
	Name: John W. Demps, Sr. Title: Managing Director Expertise: Business planning, financial analysis/structure and credit underwriting Focus: Business and Corporate Finance and Relations John is responsible for business and corporate finance services, business development and relations. He has extensive experience in financial services and economic development activity. He is a former Vice President and the State Director of Community Development Lending – Florida, for First Union National Bank of Florida (now Wachovia Bank, N.A.), with the responsibility of managing the bank's community development programs, including affordable housing and economic development activity in urban communities. John is the founder and operator of a national merchant bankcard company, and shareholder of a licensed mortgage brokerage firm. He founded and operated a substantial non-profit community development organization, which specialized in funding small and medium size businesses using public/private capital programs and strategies. During his career, he was instrumental in forming and capitalizing a significant minority owned manufacturing concern, including its strategic planning, capital structure, capital formation and operating management. John holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Education from Florida A & M University, Tallahassee Florida, U.S.
	Name: Wambugu Thuo Title: Managing Director Expertise: Business development, capital sourcing and relations Focus: Business Development and Capital Sources Wambugu is responsible for business development, identifying and maintaining relations with capital sources for clients’ funding. He is a founding member of Simba International Finance, LLC. Wambugu is also founder of Simba Real Estate Solutions, LLC, (a real estate investing company based in New Jersey). Before joining Simba, Wambugu held several key positions as mortgage and home loan consultant/manager, mortgage loan officer/executive. He was project manager with KENGO where he was responsible for community planning and management of projects. He has also consulted for Danish Association for International Co-operation, Kenya. Wambugu was also founding member /chairman of NACOB Kenya- a community based housing cooperative. He was a Principal of Kihuti High School-Nyeri Kenya. Wambugu holds:-Bachelor’s of Science degree – Kenyatta University, Post graduate-international diploma in management of community development programs, Ireland, Certificate on localizing Agenda 21 –Karstad – Sweden, Certificate in Education Administration –Kenya Institute of Education.
	Name: Artie S. Hope Title: Managing Director Expertise: Business planning; financial modeling, analysis and credit underwriting Focus: Business and Corporate Finance and Relations Artie is responsible for business and corporate finance services, including business planning, review and analysis and financial modeling. He is a former Chief Financial Officer of a healthcare organization; a former Managing Partner of a public accounting firm; a former Financial Analyst and Regional Controller for Florida National Banks of Florida, Inc. (before merger with First Union National Bank, now Wachovia Bank, N.A.). He was an Audit/Accountant Associate with a regional CPA firm and Haskins & Sells, (before merger with Deloitte & Touche) a former “Big 8” International Accounting Firm servicing a variety of multi-national clients. He was a Member of the Duval County Housing Finance Authority, Jacksonville Florida for approximately 6 years where he was involved in over $200 million in revenue housing bonds for “affordable housing” for the County of Duval, Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Jacksonville University, Jacksonville Florida.
